PoolWarden Chemical Automation Demo

Pool 1 is a 33,000 gallon above ground pool with pH, ORP and temperature sensing and control of a ChlorSimple chlorinator. Pool 2 is a 450 gallon spa with pH, ORP, free chlorine and temperature sensing and control of pH with a Stenner feed pump and free chlorine with a ColorChlor. The data is updated every 15 minutes. Please keep in mind that this demo data is for the development of products and some data may be odd, no data has been deleted or changed.

ControlOMatic Test Pool

Test pool is a 32 foot round Doughboy with a deep end. The black tube on the right is the ChlorMaker inline spa chlorine test with a Watkins E5 pump. There is also a ChlorSimple which we also test the light shows at at night.

ControlOMatic Test Spa and PoolWarden

Test spa is a 450 gallon Cal Spa of which the control equipment has long been replaced from testing in the Acu-Trol days. The tubes entering the spa supply a continuous flow to the PoolWarden on the left to monitor and control. The ColorChlor in the spa doesn't need the circulation pump to be on so a seperate water flow for the controller was made with an aquarium pump.
